 Domestic Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

💰 Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline

• Free shipping on orders above Rs.2000
• Flat Rs.150 shipping fee for orders below Rs.2000
• For addresses within Jaipur, we offer next-day delivery at an additional charge (subject to availability)

Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days post-dispatch. Occasionally, delays may occur due to logistics or weather.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note: Return pickups may take longer than forward deliveries.

📬 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

🛠 Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Retain all packaging and items for inspection
• We’ll guide you through the resolution process

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. If you’d like to place an international order, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist.

🧾 Customs & Duties

For any international shipments we facilitate:

• Velvetyko is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer
